Anntoinette Barbour

Anntoinette C. Barbour is the Business Manager for the Quantum Startup Foundry at UMD. She has more than 20 years in administration and management of businesses. Having worked in the Financial Banking Industry, State of Maryland Department of Commerce, and the University of Maryland, she is uniquely positioned to aid in business development. She is well versed in program coordination, training/instruction and financial record keeping. Anntoinette holds a MS in Acquisitions and Supply Chain Management and a MBA.
